Kelli Parpart, assistant superintendent, Osseo Area Schools, Maple Grove, MN

Kelli Parpart currently serves as an Assistant Superintendent for the Division of Leadership, Teaching, and Learning in Osseo Area Schools and is a member of the executive leadership team.

After serving as a high school English-Language Arts teacher in the Anoka-Hennepin School District, Ms. Parpart was a middle school assistant principal (Minneapolis Public Schools), a junior high school assistant principal, a junior high school lead principal, and a senior high school lead principal (all in Osseo Area Schools).

As a junior high school lead principal, Ms. Parpart was named the Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP) Hennepin Division Middle Level Principal of the Year, and she was subsequently named Minnesota State Principal of the Year by the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP).

Ms. Parpart holds a bachelor’s degree in English education from Moorhead State University (now Minnesota State University Moorhead), a master’s degree in education from North Dakota State University, an educational administration license through St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, and a superintendent’s license through St. Cloud State University.
