The Tuesday, Feb. 9 work session of the ISD 279 School Board will be held at 6 p.m. in the Board Room of the Educational Service Center. This work session will be livestreamed on the district website (Watch Livestream), and an archived copy of the video will be available for viewing after the meeting.
This in-person meeting will comply with Minnesota Department of Health capacity restrictions that will limit the number of audience members. Anyone who wishes to attend the meeting in person must submit an attendance request; complete the online request form.
The deadline to submit the attendance request form is 8 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 7. Please contact Sherri Lincoln at 763-391-7003 with questions or if assistance is needed to submit a request to attend in person.
If the number of requests exceeds the maximum attendance number, a random selection will be conducted. Email or phone confirmation will be sent by 12 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 8, to inform all individuals of the random selection results.
Please note the following:
- A written safety plan is in place.
- All individuals present at the meeting – board, staff, audience members – must wear a face covering.
- A check-in procedure, including a brief health screening, will be conducted to ensure visitors to the ESC are not symptomatic.
If conditions require a shift to videoconference, staff will provide appropriate notice to those who signed up.
