The Tuesday, April 27, 2021 regular business meeting of the ISD 279 School Board will be held at 6 p.m. in the Board Room of the Educational Service Center. Close monitoring of case rate data will continue. Appropriate decisions will be made and communicated in the event of the need to change to a remote (videoconference) meeting on the 27th. This meeting will be livestreamed on the district website at district279.org/info-center/school-board (Watch Livestream), and an archived copy of the video will be available for viewing after the meeting.
This in-person meeting will comply with Minnesota Department of Health capacity restrictions that will limit the number of audience members. Anyone who wishes to attend the meeting in person must submit an attendance request; access the online request form here.
The deadline to submit the attendance request form is 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 25, 2021.

If the number of requests exceeds the maximum attendance number, a random selection will be conducted. Email or phone confirmation will be sent by 12:00 noon on Monday, April 26, to inform all individuals of the random selection results.
Please note the following:
- A written safety plan is in place.
- Consistent with Executive Order 20-81, a face covering is required to be worn by all individuals present at the meeting unless an exception from the executive order exists.
- A check-in procedure, including a brief health screening, will be conducted to ensure visitors to the ESC are not symptomatic.
