Would you like to have a conversation about vaping with your teenager but aren't sure where to start? A new "Parent's Guide to Vaping" video and companion guide created by Hennepin County Public Health will give you some pointers. The video explores multiple topics, such as vaping devices (with visual examples), health dangers, vaping marijuana, the connection of vaping and mental illness, signs your child may be vaping, actions to take if your child is vaping and where to find additional resources.
The accompanying companion guide provides questions to get the conversation started, tips for quitting, and more.
