Peachjar

What is Peachjar?

An electronic flyer communication tool that replaces paper flyers distributed via weekly “take home” envelopes. It offers a more convenient and environmentally-friendly way of providing families and students with information. Flyers are delivered directly to parents’ email addresses each Wednesday and posted to the school’s Peachjar website.

Peachjar for digital flyer distribution

We are excited to share information about our partnership with Peachjar to help us unite schools, parents, and communities in our collective mission to elevate student outcomes! Peachjar’s platform streamlines school-to-home communication by distributing valuable school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. By enabling our district to go paperless, Peachjar helps us save thousands of trees each year.

School Peachjar sites

Peachjar organizes all important school and community information in one place! In addition to receiving emails from your school, you can look at each school's Peachjar site listed below.

Peachjar for community organizations

If you are a community partner and wish to send flyers to Osseo Area Schools families, your first step is to register with Peachjar. Flyers submitted for distribution will be sent to the district’s Community Education department for approval.

All flyers are subject to approval by the district and must adhere to Policy 923: Distribution of Materials for Students. Review the procedure for more information. Approved community partner flyers will be sent with school and district flyers to families on Wednesdays. When uploading flyers, please select Wednesday distribution of the appropriate week you’d like them sent to Osseo Area Schools families.

If you have technical questions about using Peachjar after registering as a community organization, please contact Peachjar's Customer Support Team at 858-997-2117 (option 3). If you have district-specific inquiries related to Peachjar, please contact Susie Cox at 763-391-7114.
