Oak View Elementary student jam out to a silent disco

As a reward for meeting the school’s fun run fundraising goal in September, all students got the chance to move and groove to their heart’s content recently during silent disco parties. The silent disco parties took place during each class’s physical education time in late October, where each student received a headset that played three different options of music.

The high-energy groups of students enjoyed setting their headphones to the same station option so they could sing and dance along together. They also formed conga lines, ran around as they sang and enjoyed moving under the disco lights of the darkened gymnasium.
