Building a Better Future summer update

The first of the 66 Building a Better Future construction projects are in full swing this summer, with North View and Brooklyn middle schools undergoing renovations and safety enhancements that will wrap up in time for the new school year, though both projects will continue next summer.

At the elementary level, Oak View, Woodland, Rush Creek and Basswood will undergo construction in the summer  of 2025, along with construction beginning on the new elementary school late winter of next year.  

Maple Grove Senior High’s (MGSH) addition and renovation will begin in April 2025, with Osseo Senior High following close behind in June. Senior high projects include expanded career and technical education spaces, flexible learning spaces, expanded cafeterias, complete renovations of library media centers and additional classrooms at MGSH.
