NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF CERTAIN DEDICATED STREETS ON THE PLAT OF MAPLE GROVE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF OSSEO, MN

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and notice is given that on August 26, 2011 at 9:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in Courtroom 1959 at the Hennepin County Government Center, 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55487, on the Petition Independent School District No. 279 for a vacation of certain dedicated streets in the plat of Maple Grove Addition to the City of Osseo, MN and legally described as:

Those parts of the following described streets in the plat of MAPLE GROVE ADDITION TO OSSEO, MINNESOTA, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota:

3rd Avenue NW (formerly known as Zimmerman Street) lying south of the westerly extension of the south line of 5th Street NW (formerly known as Third Street) and lying northerly of the northerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 81, as described per Document No, 6552096;

Also,

3rd Street NW lying westerly of the west line of 2nd Avenue NW (formerly known as Hechtman Street);

And also,

4th Street NW lying westerly of the west line of 2nd Avenue NW (formerly known as Hechtman Street).

(hereinafter the "Platted Streets").

Any objections to the Petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections are filed or raised, the Court will grant the Petition to vacate the Platted Streets on the plat of Maple Grove Addition to the City of Osseo, MN and adjudge title to said streets to be vested in Independent School District No. 279.
