On November 6, voters will choose from five candidates to fill three open seats on the ISD 279 School Board. School Board members hold four-year terms. The board members elected on November 6 will be seated in January 2013.

School Board Candidate Forums

Thursday, September 13, 6:30-8:30 pm
Brooklyn Park City Hall, Council Chambers, 5200 85th Ave. N., Brooklyn Park
Non-partisan forum co-sponsored by the North Hennepin Area Chamber of Commerce and the League of Women Voters.

Northwest Community Television will provide replay of the forum; dates TBD.

Monday, October 22, 7-8:30 pm
Oak View Elementary, 6710 East Fish Lake Road, Maple Grove
Non-partisan forum sponsored by ISD 279 Community Education Program Advisory Council
