To provide opportunities
for growth and support of children and their families in ISD 279.
Age
Birth through Age 5 years.
Eligibility
Any child between birth and five years with a demonstrated developmental delay and who meets eligibility criteria in early childhood special education is eligible to receive services. If you would like to make a referral for an evaluation or to discuss developmental concerns with an intake facilitator, please contact:

State Early Childhood Special Education Criteria
Models
Home-based and community-based service by a visiting early interventionist
(ECSE Teacher, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech/Language
Pathologist, etc.).
2 to 4 half days per week of programming at a school site including center-based
ECSE classrooms.
Community nursery schools with consultation from an early interventionist.
