District 279 FoundationNight OutThe District 279 Foundation is planning our 10th Annual "A Night Out..." event on February 13th from 5:30p.m. - 9:30p.m. at the beautiful Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove. The highlights of the evening will include a social hour, a grand dinner, a silent auction and entertainment. The funds raised by the District 279 Foundation provides educational programs, projects and other learning opportunities that are not presently funded through the District's budget. Jim Miller, a District 279 Foundation Trustee and chairperson for the event, said that the committee is excited due to "the great support of the many community members that helped make this a successful event last year". The committee members are actively seeking great items for the auction.
