Welcome to the District 279 Adult Basic Education Program. Our
mission is to provide academic and English language instruction to
adult learners in the northwest suburban and surrounding areas.
Free Daytime & Evening Classes
Adult academic/GED classes for students who need
to improve or update their skills in academic subjects such as reading,
writing, and math. This includes classes for Adult Basic Education
(ABE), General Education Development (GED).
English Language Learner (ELL) classes are for students
who want to improve their ability to speak, listen, and write in the
English language. We offer instruction for students at all levels of
skill, from beginning to advanced.
The Osseo Adult Basic Education Program is also pleased to offer
services to the business community such as our Workforce Education
Program, which brings the expertise and experience of our teachers
directly to your place of business.

Volunteer Opportunities
