Where did you go to school and what is your previous job experience? My career has always been in education but I have held a wide variety of jobs within this field. How long have you worked at Park Center? 3 years What is your teaching philosophy? There is nothing you can’t do. Why did you choose your profession? I grew up in a family of university presidents, college deans, principals and teachers, how could I not be in education. In what room(s) can you commonly be found? 181 Advice for students going to college? Having been a College Liaison, I saw that students planning to go on to college needed to have a good foundation in the core classes (math, reading, writing, science, social studies). They also have to have good skills in time management, problem solving and self advocacy. Biggest pet peeve? Those who won’t try If you were required to find a different job than what you are currently doing, what would you choose? Something in the architecture field.
