Where did you go to school and what is your previous job experience? Winona State, St Marys, St. Cloud State. I’ve taught in ALC, elementary, middle school, junior high, and high school. When did you begin working at Park Center? 2006 What is your teaching philosophy? Every student can learn. Why did you choose your profession? I teach students with special needs because I believe the ones who get through this will be the most interesting adults, and it’s great trying to increase the chances for students’ success. What is your favorite quote? Study and enjoy Pet peeve? Energy vampires—people whose negativity is draining. If you were required to find a different job than what you are currently doing, what would you choose? Teaching in another field, archeology, gourmet cooking, author, business owner, interior design, advocacy, lobbyism, research…. There are so many interesting things in this world!
