Where did you go to school and what is your previous job experience? Masters – St. Marys University Undergrad – University of Minnesota Duluth I have taught in the Anoka Hennepin school district and the Duluth School District How long have you worked at Park Center? I began Coaching the Girls Basketball team here at Park Center in 1997 and teaching here in 1999. What is your teaching philosophy? Learning is challenging, fun, rewarding and you need to be involved and take advantage of as many opportunities as you can. Challenge yourself and strive for excellence. Why did you choose your profession? I love teaching and coaching and being around people. What is your favorite quote? If you can imagine it you can achieve it, if you can dream it you can become it. In what room(s) can you commonly be found? The gyms, weight room, pe classrooms or my office Additional Comments(hobbies)? Spending time with my family, golfing, being outdoors, traveling and having fun. Advice for students going to college? Make sure you find a place that fits your interests and take advantage of as many opportunities as you can. Biggest pet peeve? Those that will not even try!
