Where did you go to school and what is your previous job experience? I graduated from Park Center and went on to college at UMD, but after one year at UMD, I transferred to St. Cloud State. How long have you worked at Park Center? since 1999 What is your teaching philosophy? help as many teachers and students as you can each day Why did you choose your profession? I became a media specialist for the challenge of keeping up with technology, and then teaching people how to use it. What is your favorite quote? “All you have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to you.” ~Gandalf in Lord of the Rings In what room(s) can you commonly be found? I’m in the media center or computer labs. Additional Comments(hobbies)? In the summer, I like going to the cabin for sailing, fishing, skiing, and bonfires. Advice for students going to college? Be a student as long as you can…when you get the desired degree, go back and do more! Biggest pet peeve? People who talk too loud during movies…shhh If you were required to find a different job than what you are currently doing, what would you choose? hmmm...maybe Apple Computer would hire me, then I could get all the free music I wanted for my iPod!
