Where did you go to school and what is your previous job experience? I went to the University of St. Thomas. I spent 2 years in Japan teaching English in a small town before coming to Park Center. When did you start working at Park Center? Sept 2010! What is your teaching philosophy? I can learn. I must learn. I will learn. I have no excuses. Why did you choose your profession? I had some really great teachers in high school and I wanted to be like them. Then as I learned more about being a teacher, it became something that I love doing. In what room(s) can you commonly be found? 138 Advice for students going to college? College is your chance to learn about who you are and what you like. It's also the chance for you to challenge yourself and push beyond your comfort zone. Also, study abroad. It's one of the best decisions I made in college. If you were required to find a different job than what you are currently doing, what would you choose? I would love to do something that involves traveling. I love experiencing new cultures and food, and traveling has been a part of my life.
