Where did you go to school and what is your previous job experience?

Saint John's University, Collegeville, MN. Everything from mowing lawns, washing dishes and building cabinets. I have taught English Composition at the University of Oklahoma and at UW-Stout. I also taught overseas in Eritrea, Northeast Africa for two years.

Enjoy your subject area, care about your students, and start from where they are.

Why did you choose your profession?

What could be better than spending my days with great kids from all over the world, teaching subjects I love?

Reading, good movies, Oklahoma Sooner football and Minnesota Twins baseball, home improvement projects, and traveling when I get a chance.

Hearing curse words in the hallways.
