Where did you go to school and what is your previous job experience?

I went to High School and College in Santiago, Chile. My college was a branch of Universidad de Chile - UMCE Universidad de Ciencias de la Educacion (Sciences of Education University). I have taught Physical Education, Spanish and Computer Technology both in High School and Elementary schools. I am also an adjunct faculty at Hamline University teaching in the graduate school of education.

When was your first year at Park Center?

I started in January 2008

Why did you choose your profession?

I first became a Phy. Ed. Teacher because I didn’t think it was possible for me to sit behind a desk. Since then I have gone through a number of transformations with in education.

What is your teaching philosophy?

All kids can learn under the right circumstances. I am here to help bring out the best in kids. They have it with-in them we just need to help them figuring out the direction of where they want their knowledge to go.

IB/Global Studies Office in the attendance area

I Love to cook, spend time with family and friends and all kinds of water activities
