Sit-up Station

The abdominal workout can be performed with this station.
There are numerous exercises that can be performed on this machine but again for the sake of the webpage designer, only the original abdominal exercise will be explained. The lifter must begin by laying down on the mat so that their legs are laced through padded areas located at the end of the machine where you may also choose which level of incline you want the machine to be at as well. Then from here the lifter must begin by merely lifting their shoulders up off of the pad using their abdominal muscles. If the exercise is done slow then the full effect of the work out is obtained.
