Leg Extenstion

This is used to work the quadriceps located in the front thighs.
The leg extension machine is the exact opposite of the leg curl machine as far as making the machine work. The lifter must place themelves within the machine by lacing their legs through the padded areas located in front of them and the legs should be bent at a 90 degree angle, this is the starting postion. From here, the lifter must then begin by extending their legs until their legs are locked straight out in front of them. Then slowly return to the starting position by curling the legs slowly in order to obtain the full effect of the work out.
