Leg Curl

The Leg Curl machine is used to work the hamstrings and glutes.
A simplistic and easy machine to use, the leg curl effectively works the hamstrings and glutes through repetitive but useful curling of the legs. To begin, the lifter must place themselves in the seat and lace their legs through the padding of the maching so that their legs are starting fully extended out in front of them. From the starting postion, the lifter must then begin to curl their legs so that the legs are bent at a 90 degree angle. Then the lifter must return to the staring position by slowly extending their legs to the starting postion in order to obtain the full effect of the work out.
