This big green machine can work the calf muscles as well as the thighs, hamstrings, and glutes.
The lifter must place themselves under the padded areas of the machine whre their shoulders rest underneath the pads. Then the lifter would remove the pin that holds the weight up and allow the weight to rest on the shoulders of the lifter. Then the lifter should begin to stand on the toes of their feet in order to extend the calf muscles and achieve full range of motion. After they reach the peak, the lifter would then begin to slowly return to standing on the ground with feet flat on the floor.
