Also known as preacher curls, this machine works the biceps.
the lifter would grasp the arm curl bar with both hands palm up. Once the lifter has a firm grasp on the bar, the lifter must begin to lift the bar by bringing you hands to the lifter's chest ( which creates the curling motion). Once at the peak of curl, the lifter must slowly return to the beginning of the motion in order to obtain the full range of motion.
