Workouts

Workouts usually start at 3:00 at the beginning of the season, but eventually they get moved to 2:30 and the Jr.high kids go to the track and join the workout when they get out of school. The practice usually begins with a talk from the coaches that tends to last long past 10 minutes. Then the team seperates into distance, sprinters, and throwers to go do their workouts. Practice lasts until about 4:30-5:00 depending on the extent of the workout.
