This website is an accolade to this guy who just spends his time volunteering in room 124, no one knows why but someone just walked up to him on the street and offered him the job and he took it. He originally thought that he signed a contract to do a commercial about Frosted Flakes and would eventually be the new face of cereal, but they tricked him and he really signed a contract to volunteer at PC as a physics teacher.
That's the story behind the dude so now let's start getting into his head:

Well the answer to that last question is because Rayman: Raving Rabbids is his favorite Wii game so the theme of the website will be based on those little guys. Enjoy!
