Scholarship: Students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
Service: Students must complete 10 community service projects or 20 hrs
Leadership: Student must demonstrate good leadership qualities
Character: Students must have good character, have a positive attitude
Citizenship: The students must show involvement in the community
