Brianna is a senior at Park Center this year, but she is a full-time PSEO student at North Hennepin with just one PC class. This is her third year on the Park Center newspaper staff and her second year as editor. She was the only sophomore on the staff two years ago, and every other staff member was a senior, which left her as the only long-term member. Her biggest challenge with newspaper has been lazy staff members not turning in any work, and this year she is going to change that. She has been a fan of reading and writing for a long time, and next year she plans to attend Minnesota State University - Moorhead to earn a B.A. in English and Mass Communications, and hopefully she will work her way into Hamline University to earn a Master’s of Fine Arts in Writing. Brianna has almost no spare time with a full-time college schedule, a retail job, active participation in Drama, an upcoming marching band season where she will be color guard section leader with Lani Harms and Katie Lehner, and of course running the school newspaper. If she has spare time she enjoys listening to music, writing, photography, singing to show tunes in her room, taking walks when the weather permits, and if she really has nothing to do for the day, she enjoys sitting on her couch with a bag of potato chips and watching America’s Next Top Model.
