As of right now, the Hmongs are scatter all over the world because of Vietnam War. The Hmongs helped US fought the war and then eventually lost. The remains are still being hunted down by the Lao Government today(click here to read more). The soldier that are still fighting to Lao government from being persecuted are call the "Freedom Fighter." It's an event that the US cause, but is not helping. This is a sin for America. When are Americans going to save them?
Summer 2004!!!! Hmong refugees are coming to the US!!! After many years of discrimination and suffering.. they are finally coming to the land of freedom to start a new life. But there is a problem.. Money is only there if you are educated. Most of them not speaking english... is America going to be a success for them or another generation of failing?
Minnesota is the state in the US with the highest Hmong population. There are still more coming due to the fact that there are more hmong people here and it makes it easier for communication. The incoming refugee in summer of 2004 will be landing in

Welcome to the history of the Hmongs. According the folktales from the hmongs that was passed down from father to son for many generations. The Hmongs were in China first. At first it wasn't called China. It was the name of the Hmong Emperor. The Chinese just started appearing from the Pacific side and started to live with the Hmongs. As the Chinese population grew, they started taking over the hmong and bribe the Hmong mens to kill the Hmong emperor. All of these are still just rumors. The hmongs are lacking information about their past.
