You don't need to take any classes to take this class but you should have some prior knowledge of computers.
There is a Lab Fee of $10.00.
The A+ certification course prepares you for a world dependent
on technology. You will learn to assemble a computer, install
operating systems and applications, as well as how to troubleshoot
computer issues in a business environment. It will set you
'ahead' of other students. Upon completion of all 3 trimesters of
A+, students may be prepared to take the A+ Certification exam,
and be better qualified for an increasingly popular career in the
Information Technology field. This course is a look at the skills
necessary to become a computer service technician or to gain
skills to move further into the field of computers and computer
engineering.
