- If you are going to be gone the entire school day:
- You need to have a parent or guardian call the school. Click Here for contact information. If they can't call the school, you need to bring a note to excuse the absence.
- This also applies if you are 18 or older.
- Check to see if the absence was excused if you called or had to note
- Prearranged Absences:
- Students must get prior approval for family trips and other absence that is known. If you will be gone for more than 5 days in a row, you will need to get approval from the principal. Forms for prearranged absences are available in attendence office.
- Students will need to get any work they might miss from the teacher and complete it.
- If you need to leave school early:
- Students need to present a note, or the parent/guardian will need to call and ask if you can be excused for a given reason (apointments, family ilnesses, etc.). If have an apointment, you will need to present proof of the apointment.
- If you become sick during the day or an emergancy occurs that requires you to leave school, you need to get the "Leave School Permit" from the health service specialist or an administator
