We have a world champion in our midst. Park Center's very own Anita Ramnauth had quite the interesting spring break. She is part of an Indian Dance Troop that consists of 50 participants. They practice together wherever they can find a spot to practice. And they compete.

Anita's dance troop participated in the Minnesota State Regional’s and they won that. After securing the state title the troop went on to the national competition. Anita's group won that and then they went on to the world competition which took place in Holland over our spring break. The dance contest took over 3 days and after all that hard work ... Anita's dance team won! They were named world champions for the 4th year. Anita's personal dance career began when she was 4 years old. Congratulations to Anita and her dance troop. Keep on dancing!
