Transition to Work is an alternative program available to students who have particular educational or economic needs. This program is a referral program and selection is made by the coordinators through the recommendation of staff. The class may be associated with an on-the-job training work experience.
Work Experience is an alternative program available to students who have particular educational or economic needs. This program is a referral program and selection is made by the coordinators through the recommendation of the guidance department.
The Other Side is a community-based alternative educational program operating in a three hour block of time (Hours two, three and four). Through individual work and cooperative learning groups, students may earn credits in English, social studies and elective courses. Volunteer/community service is also an important part of the program. Students interested in The Other Side program may get an application in the counseling office or Room 152.
