- 64 Trimester Credits in grades 9 - 12
- Pass Minnesota Basic Standards Tests in Reading and Math with a scale score of 600 or higher
- Pass Minnesota Basic Standards Test in Writing with a score of 3 or 4
- Successful Completion of Advisory
- 12 trimester credits in English
- 10 Trimester credits in Social Studies
- 9 trimester credits in Math
- 9 trimester credits in Science
- 2 trimester credits in Physical Education (Life fitness/Health)
- 3 trimester credits in the Arts
- 19 trimester elective credits
Students who have not passed the Basic Standards test in reading and math will be automatically registered for our English/Reading Lab and/or Consumer Math Lab unless parents decline the service for their student.
The option of substituting a year’s credit in selected business or technology education courses for one of the three required math credits exists in District #279. Further information about the specifics and the wisdom of this option is available from the counseling staff.
