The Asian American Female Support Group is in its' 5th year of existence at OSH. We discuss issues that are culturally specific to the various Asian American communities. The purpose of this support group is to have a safe place for students to talk about their particular cultural experiences, whether it is immigrating, learning language, or family life and expositions.
This group will be participating in a number of different activities from volunteering to culturally specific field trips. We meet one time a week every other Tuesday on a rotating schedule.
The advisor of the group is Ms. Becca Studaker, OSH Student Learning Advocate. If you are interested in this group or have questions regarding it, please contact Ms. Studaker.
