The kneeboard was made in Southern California around 1965. You are towed behind a motorized boat and you hold onto a rope. You sit on the heel on the board on your knees. you start on your stomach and put your elbows where your knees go. When you start to go you pull yourself up and put your knees in the knee hole and strap yourself down. |
