First Robotics is an organization designed for children and young adults interested in
mechanics and engineering. Through this program, a team of students design, assemble and
program a robot. Each team's robot can then be entered into various competitions where the
students control their robot through a range of tasks. The winner of the competition is
based on the performance of the robot and its team throughout the completion of every task.
