Maintain good grades

Apply for admissions (September – December)

Apply early and watch priority application deadlines because several colleges fill by those dates and admission standards after that date are often more competitive. Applications are available from the college or universities, on-line, and in the Career Resource Center at MGSH. All application requires an official transcript, which can be obtained in CRC. Please allow 7 working days to process your application. November 5 is the cut off date to guarantee transcripts be sent by winter break. All other requests will be sent after January 4, 2010.

Obtain, complete and submit reciprocity forms for Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Apply after May 1, 2010 @ www.mheso.state.mn.us

Apply to NCAA (September)

College-bound student athlete, if you intend to participate in Division I or II athletics as a freshman in college, you must be registered with and be certified as eligible by the NCAA Initial-Eligibility Clearinghouse. There is no deadline to register with the clearinghouse; however, you must be certified before receiving an athletics scholarship, practicing and competing at a Division I or II institution. Applications available in CRC or apply on line at www.NCAAclearinghouse.net Maple Grove Senior High Code 241-489. All applications require an official transcript which can be obtained in CRC.
Final Transcript

All colleges and universities will require a final transcript of your academic record, final class rank, and graduation date. Submit the final transcript release form to the CRC prior to graduation. No transcript will be sent if the request is not returned to CRC.
