Student cell phone use at MGJH
Due to the disruption cell phone use has caused in schools, we have established the following guidelines for their use at Maple Grove Junior High.- We allow students to have cell phones but they are to be turned off and put away upon entering the building.
- Cell phones are not to be used in any manner until 2:40 PM.
- If a student has a cell phone out or is found using it during the day, staff will confiscate the cell phone and turn it in to administration.
- Cell phones will only be returned to a student’s parent/guardian.
