 In order to enroll at Brooklyn Junior in a timely manner, we ask that you bring the following information:
1. Verification of Address
2. Immunization Record
3. Minnesota Basic Standards Test
4. Special Education Records (if applicable)
5. Report card or transcript/ or withdrawal grades from previous school.
6. Parent/guardian signature on all enrollment forms.
After completing the enrollment forms and gathering the documents listed above, call District 279 Enrollment Center at
