Announcement: Parade of Schools Watch your mail for the first ever Parade of Schools magazine. Yes, you read it right, it’s the Parade of Schools magazine and it will arrive in the homes of District 279 residents by the second week of September. Parade of Schools is a two-day celebration of our schools and the generosity of this community. This event is our way of saying, “thank you” for the financial support that made the facility improvements across our district possible. The Parade of Schools is also a celebration of the wonderful learning that goes on within each facility. We can’t wait to see you! Tour dates are: Tuesday, October 3 Thursday, October 5
