Illustrated Poems

From Miss Bedford - Our class learned about shapes and how they overlap in pieces of art. Each student created his or her own piece of artwork using overlapping shapes. After the artwork was completed, they used their art to write a poem. We started with a title for the artwork and then created a web using words to describe what we saw. Finally, students used the web to write a poem about their artwork. We hope you enjoy it!
