The final PTO General meeting will be May 13th at 7pm following the Oak View open house/preview.
"The Final Bell" - all school social will be held as an end of the year Oak View celebration (replacing the Ice Cream Social) on May 29 from 6-8 pm. There will be short program at 6:30 pm. Cake and ice cream will be served

Fund Raising
Fundraising is an important part of the PTO. The funds we raise help provide school-wide enrichment programs, paraprofessional positions and school support materials that might otherwise be eliminated due to budget constraints. We also use these funds to provide family fun events and services to the students and families in our school community. The items listed below are just a few ways we use the dollars that you help to raise to support our school:
- Providing DARE shirts to the graduating 6 th grade class
- Volunteer Coordinator position
- Technology paraprofessional position
- Additional Media Center materials (such as AR Quizzes)
- Academic Education Support Paras
- School beautification
- Transportation for field trips
- Programs
- Computer supplies such as head phones, toner, etc.
- And many, many more
Year-Round Fundraisers :
* Kemp's - Give 'Em Five & Land O'Lakes Nickels for Schools - Collect the specially marked caps and proof of purchase symbols from Kemp's and Land O'Lakes products.
* General Mills Box Tops for Education first submission October 31 st send in those Box Tops!
* Trash to Cash Printer Cartridge Collection (Recycle your empty laser and ink jet printer cartridges)
* Tyson Project A+ Clip and Save Project - labels off specially marked packages of Tyson Chicken.
* Target Take Charge of Education use your Target VISA to specify dollars for our school
