The following procedures will be implemented again this year:

Ø The LOADING ZONE curb is painted GREEN and runs from the north of the front sidewalk to the end of the sidewalk. The LOADING ZONE is NOT INTENDED for PARKING or waiting for children. Pause here for no more than 30 to 45 seconds for student pick up or drop off. STOPPING IS NOT PERMITTED south of the front sidewalk.

Ø For student safety, if your child is not in front of the building, please park your vehicle in the east row of the staff/parent parking lot and walk up to the school to meet him/her or have them cross to the parking lot.

Ø As you enter the area in the front of the building to pick-up or drop-off, please stay in a single file line. As in the past, PLEASE DO NOT "DOUBLE PARK" in the front of the building. Again, this is for the safety of your child(ren).

Ø This procedure will be enforced. Members of the fire and police departments will be checking and WILL ISSUE TICKETS for violations.

We know this may cause some inconveniences, but we appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep Fernbrook a safe school for your children.
