Basswood students will meet or exceed their individual growth target as measured by the NWEA (MAP) reading test Spring 2009 to Spring 2010.

Basswood staff will improve student reading skills so that 70.5% of our students will meet or exceed individual typical growth as indicated by the NWEA (MAP) reading test in April 2010. Two strategies will be used to accomplish this goal: 1. All staff will receive training on Key Instructional Strategies during the year and 2. PLC teams will use three common assessments to discuss and monitor student progress in reading.
