Customer Service Recommendation Presented to School Board
The eighteen-member Customer Service Task Force presented its report to the School Board and a recommendation to the Superintendent after six months of work. Creating a shared vision was one of the team’s first tasks. The shared vision describes what "excellent" customer service throughout our District should look like. The team then retained the services of a consultant to help conduct an unbiased and thorough audit of the status, or quality, of customer service in the District.
