3rd Graders at Edgewood produce Old Time Radio Show
3rd Grade students at Edgewood Elementary create and produce an old time radio show in our own TV studio called, “Radio Rocks”. As part of their sound unit, 3rd graders learn about the history of radio by visiting the Pavek Museum of Broadcasting. Each class then chooses a familiar fairy tale or story, writes a script and creates sound effects to go with the story. The radio show is broadcast live to classrooms. All of the radio shows were recorded and can now be heard as podcasts on our school webpage. Listen in and be entertained with classic stories, music, jokes and more!
