District Loan Library- Equipment Reservations
The Loan Library consists of items which
require
special booking, handling, and shipping.
Items listed below are also listed on the Intranet Web Catalog. To
reserve items, email the “Equipment Reservation” mailbox,
listed in your Global Address Book. Please supply the following
information in with your request.
Equipment Type or Model/Kit Type - as listed in the first column below. Use Dates - dates you will actually be using the items. Maximum days of use - 10 business days (unless otherwise specified). Tuesday & Thursday – equipment delivery/pick up days only. -
Equipment requests – clearly state what you wish
to accomplish with the equipment you are requesting. (Additional cables, adapters, etc. may be needed)
