District Loan Library- Equipment Reservations
The Loan Library consists of items which
require
special booking, handling, and shipping.
Access to detailed information about the items listed below is listed on my279.org through the Media Manager quick link. To reserve items, email the “Equipment Reservation” mailbox, listed in your Global Address Book. Please supply the following information in with your request.
- Equipment Type or Model/Kit Type - as listed in the first column below.
- Use Dates - dates you will actually be using the items (Maximum 10 business days (unless otherwise specified).)
- Equipment requests – clearly state what you wish to accomplish with the equipment you are requesting. (Additional cables, adapters, etc. may be needed)
- Tuesday & Thursday are the only equipment delivery/pick up days.
- Instructional Media reserves the right to select items according to availability not to specific item selection
