Take the first step toward managing stress and improving your overall health, with "A Call to Change... Balancing Stress for Healthy Living." Work one-on-one with a health educator to:

  • Identify your personal stressors
  • Learn and practice relaxation techniques
  • Develop new coping skills
  • Learn how to manage time
  • Discover how to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits
  • Learn how to think positive
  • Learn how to relax and meditate

Here's how it works:

  • Arrange up to eight 15-minute phone sessions with a health educator.
  • The sessions can be scheduled between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday. Extended appointment hours are available until 8 p.m. CT, Monday through Thursday.
  • You'll receive a course workbook and action planner.
  • Complete workbook activities on your own time to learn more about managing your stress and to prepare for phone sessions.
