Health Insurance Deductible Plan

The deductible plan is a combination of a deductible health insurance plan and a HRA/VEBA trust fund owned by the employee that receives contributions from the district. These contributions may be used to pay for medical costs. This plan brings with it the lowest premium cost. It also provides a method that employees can use to save money in an interest-bearing account for medical costs in the future, even through retirement.
